Objectives

1. Implement new & revised policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, programmatic and institutional guidelines.

2. To maintain an academically and/or field experienced qualified faculty dedicated to fulfilling the educational goals of the institution in accordance with the ACICS, CIE, and SCNS guidelines.

3. To ensure that the Institution has a well-trained and competent workforce.

4. Evaluate departmental organizational structure and management team.

5. To ensure a competitive and sustainable total compensation package.

6. To enhance institutional atmosphere by maximizing the Human Resources department communications.
