PTC Giusseppe D’ Pilla Library

Welcome to all faculty, students and guests!

Students and faculty have access to the Giusseppe D’Pilla Library, open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The library is equipped with computers having unlimited Internet access and Wi-Fi where students can prepare assignments and complete research projects.  Printing is available for a nominal fee.  In addition, the Library has individual and group study areas. Persons requiring resources or research assistance are encouraged to consult the librarian or library staff.

Library books may be borrowed with valid PTC identification.  Library books, journals, and magazines may be checked out for a period of two (2) weeks.  This loan period may be extended up to an additional two (2) weeks upon renewal.  Reference books are available in the Library for students and faculty use.  Textbooks currently used in the present semester will only be used as reference materials.  They may not be checked out of the Library.  It is the borrowers’ responsibility to return items on time.  Overdue items will incur a fee of $1.00 per day.  Students will incur charges for lost or damaged items, including a processing fee.  Laptops are available for borrowing from the Library for a period of three hours for on-campus use ONLY.  A valid Driver’s License is required along with a PTC student ID.  Below is a PTC Library Search link.  This link will allow students to search all of the PTC Library collection. 

A Copy machine is available in the Library.  There is a nominal fee for use.

PTC Bookstore

Professional Training Centers Bookstore is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  The bookstore is where students may acquire their required textbooks, identification badges, parking decals, laptops, flash drives and the student uniform.
